My story

Keeping secrets and silent ended for me in 2014, and I became the proud founder of "Shoosh" No More.

I use my in-depth research, experiences, and training to help you!

I have done an immense amount of training and I have studied hard so I could qualify and support as many of us as possible to have a voice, and encourage us all to speak up and out. 

I offer truth-telling, compassionate, advice. I am the author of a toolbook of rhymes which I use as a therapeutic model, to help us all learn and know about the tactics used by abusers so we can live free from abuse.

My Mission,

My mission is to offer support built on trust, respect, and confidentiality.
I work with and within areas, where I have a commonality in that gives me a deep and true understanding of the issues being faced.  On top of this, I have researched and studied too!

Celebrating over 10 Years of Ask "Shoosh" No More! 

For 10 years I have been speaking up and out to help raise awareness, educate, and support those who are imprisoned by another person's power and control, abuse. 

I have facilitated support groups,

Run domestic abuse programmes,

and I share rhymes about the tactics and cycle of abuse, I am proud to share with you that I have written an educational tool book.
